Permits and Applications
Permit applications and permit payments can be submitted by mail at P.O. Box 520, Orange, TX 77631 or in person at 303 N. 8th Street, Orange, TX 77630. For your convenience, permit applications and construction documents can be emailed to our office and permit fee payments may be paid over the phone with a credit card with an additional 2.5% credit card processing fee added to the permit fee.
The City of Orange has adopted the 2021 International Building Codes (IRC, IBC, IFC, IECC, IPC, IMC, IFGC, IEBC, IPMC, and ISPSC) and the 2023 National Electric Code.
