The Southeast Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC) will host five public meetings permitting citizens in Jasper, Jefferson, Orange, and Hardin Counties the opportunity to learn about and provide comments on regional transportation needs and issues.

The public is encouraged to attend a meeting or provide written comments by 5:00 pm CST, on Monday, March 17, 2025. Public meetings will be held in Beaumont - in person and virtually, and at the following locations:
- Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 3:00 pm
Lumberton City Hall, 836 North Main Street, Lumberton, TX - Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 3:00 pm
Orange Public Library, 220 N. 5th Street, Orange, TX - Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 3:00 pm
Port Arthur Public Library, 4615 9th Avenue, Port Arthur, TX - Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 3:00 pm
Jasper County Annex Building, 271 East Lamar Street, Jasper, TX - Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00 pm

These meetings are designed to solicit the public’s ideas and input on transportation needs for the southeast Texas area. All meetings are the same and are not restricted to a specific area.
