Adult Summer Reading Challenge

The 2025 Summer Reading Program was one for the books! Check out some of the events from the summer, and stay tuned for information on the 2026 Summer Reading Program!

Orange Public Library invites adults to take part in our Super Summer Reading Challenge! From May 27 - August 1, 2025, read your way through the challenge by completing each activity on the card.

How to Participate

• Pick up a Challenge Card at the Circulation Desk or download one here: Adult Super Summer Reading Challenge Card
• Complete the activities listed on the card—each one earns you a ticket for the Prize Drawing. The more you complete, the more chances you have to win!
  • Submit a Shelf Talker (a short book blurb to be displayed on our shelves) for bonus tickets!
  • All participants who submit a completed card (every box filled) will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing!
• Return your Challenge Card to the Circulation Desk or email it to reference@orangetexas.gov by August 1st to be entered into the prize drawings!

No library card? No problem! You don’t need to be a library member to participate. For more information, call the Orange Public Library at 409-883-1086.
