The Planning and Community Development Department is responsible for planning, zoning, code enforcement, building inspections, CDBG grant administration, and administrative support to the department. There are nine employees in the department. Below is a list of accomplishments achieved by the staff to better inform the public about our activities and how we are making Orange a better place to live, work, and play.
